Sometimes it is so hard to let go of death and go on with life... sometimes it is hard for the dead to let go of the living and stay dead...

Henri, a Finnish salesman in his 30s, is grieving over the death of his newly-wed wife Laura. Laura's death is of unknown causes - some suspect a terminal illness, others suspect suicide. Henri's grief starts interfering with his work, so his boss suggests him to go to a psychiatrist.

The psychiatrist isn't of much help, so Henri becomes desperate and turns to mediums. One medium offers him a book of the occult to try to contact Laura's spirit. Henri accepts the idea and performs an occult ritual in his apartment. However, as well as Laura's spirit, he raises a succubus, which takes him into her power and drives him murderously insane.

After the true causes of Laura's death become clear to Henri, he kills his closest work colleagues and finally kills himself, leading them all into the Succubus's realm in the netherworld.
