Template talk:Stubbed user

This template is to be used when emptying Cat:Stubs, when a user has decided it would be fun to have a stub on his or her user page.
If this happens:
- subst the stub template and remove the category
- subst this template on the user's talk page. A header is automatically included with it,. so none is needed. It is parametered to accept the name of the user (either the userpage name or their actual name, as you see fit).
- sign it using four tildes.
