"ErBauet von PeterKreiter" is obviously not a person's name, but an old German inscription saying "Built by Peter Kreiter".

"Von" isn't part of a name here but meaning "by", "ErBauet" (modern German "Erbaut") is "Built". "Peter Kreiter" I suppose is a man's name in to words.
