[edit] What ages attend?

Saw this on Did you know on the main page. But I was curious if all high school age students attend or just the eldest year? Can you add a bit on that? You can also say what high school is called there if there is an english word for it.

Well, at my lyceum the 3rd grade organized the party for the 4th grade, so they were physically there, but they were kind of technical staff. However, my school was a tad different in that most schools in Warsaw organize the S-party at some hotel or restaurant these days, while we had it at our school - the good ol' way. //Halibutt 06:15, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Alcohol

Do they get drunk on champagne or vodka? Ground 22:50, 12 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Vodka. It's hard to get drunk on a glass of champagne. – Kpalion (talk) 11:08, 13 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Rules

At my studniowka, NONE OF YOUR RULES applied MR Kapalion. That makes is a QED. But the subject is boring enough for me to bow out. Just be aware you misinform people!

If NONE of those rules applied, then how do you know it was a studniówka? – Kpalion (talk) 18:07, 17 Feb 2005 (UTC)
My text was "YOUR RULES", not "THOSE RULES". By "yours" I meant: the rules in which you changed my MIGHTS into your MUSTS. The name of the party was announced in advance, i.e. you did not need to know anything about the rules, just the date to come and have fun. None of your MUSTS applied. You are inventing an alternative reality. Just asked 3 of my contemporaries and they had a good laugh with your party rules (red undergarments? ribbons? [already forgot, care not check], nobody I know heard of it). Non-Poles will think we yearn for British-type monarchy with all those rigid rules of conduct inculcated from the young age. I came dressed my way, focused on food and girls and nobody told me what to do. Freedom!
Hm.. Maybe younger generation changed the rules? I mean in my liceum, a lot of girls had red underwear, first dane was polonaise and we had champagne... Szopen 16:37, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
Well, we too had people who decided to treat it as a normal party, but there were two of them only. And the red garters... well, perhaps our dear anon simply did not check... //Halibutt 06:12, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
