Stutton, Suffolk

Stutton is a small village west of Ipswich in Suffolk, UK. It has a population of 808 (1991 Census).

Situated on the Shotley Peninsula, the village has fine pubs, a primary school, post office, general store and a hair salon, as well as a church on the outskirts. It is situtated in farming country.

Close to the village lies Alton Water reservoir, which is popular for windsurfing and sailing, and about two miles east of Stutton is the famous Royal Hospital school.
