I am unsure the reason why this article is under such scrutiny. Stress was a major player in the southern California rock scene in the 80's. The bassist is a frequent collaborator with Bernie Taupin and the group recruited Jimmy Crespo right after his stint with Aerosmith. Their music not being released on a major label has no bearing on their importance in the musical history of Southern California. The fact that they existed at all is enough of a credible assertion for inclusion.
