Stream of Passion
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stream of Passion is a progressive metal band with symphonic metal influence founded by Arjen Anthony Lucassen and Marcela Bovio. Because the musicians in the band lived thousands of miles apart, Lucassen composed the group's debut album, Embrace the Storm, over the internet. It was released on October 24, 2005 on Inside Out records [1].
With the exception of vocalist Marcela Bovio, who had appeared on Ayreon's album The Human Equation, Lucassen selected little-known musicians to form this band.
Currently, as of December the 7th, 2006, the band is preparing to make a tour around in Europe. The official website[2] states this gigs as the last opportunity to see the band live in action in Europe, as Lucassen is already working on a new Ayreon album.
