Strangehaven is an acclaimed self-published comic book series created by Gary Spencer Millidge.

Set in Strangehaven, a remote town somewhere in the United Kingdom, it details the sometimes mysterious lives of the inhabitants.

Alex Hunter, a newcomer to Stangehaven, he discovered it by accident when he gets lost on the road and ends up in a car crash not far from the town. Town residents find him and bring him there. After spending a few days in the town he decides to move in.
Janey Jones, the daughter of the school master, Janey has a job as the doctor's receptionist. When Alex is brought to Strangehaven after the crash, she is among the first to meet him.
