Strč prst skrz krk

Strč prst skrz krk (listen ) is a Czech and Slovak tongue-twister meaning "stick finger through throat".
The sentence is well known in both languages for having a total absence of vowels. It is often used as an example of such phrase when learning Czech or Slovak as a foreign language.
The phrase is also the subtitle of the Swiss newspaper La Distinction [1].
