[edit] Welcome from Redwolf24

Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We as a community are glad to have you and thank you for creating a user account! Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Yes some of the links appear a bit boring at first, but they are VERY helpful if you ever take the time to read them.

Remember to place any articles you create into a category so we don't get orphans.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, please be sure to sign your name on Talk and vote pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, or three tildes (~~~) for just your name. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome.

P.S. I like messages :-P

[edit] Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Things in Atlas Shrugged

Hi there,

The article Things in Atlas Shrugged, is currently up for deletion. There are also several others in the Category:Atlas Shrugged which are being scutinized. Quite a few editors feel that some deserve a rewrite, but are not knowledgable on the topic. Would you care to join the discussion, or perhaps help on a rewrite?

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Apple Intel transition WWDC.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Apple Intel transition WWDC.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Thanks for the help but..

Don't you think we should get the PS2 cover I would say it is better as the Dreamcast looks more like a shooterJamhaw 21:30, 19 October 2006 (UTC)jamhaw

[edit] Game covers

I wanted to let you know that instead of using the generic "game-cover" tag for video game covers, you can add a more descriptive one, such as "game-cover|PlayStation 2", seen here: [1]. It's just that we are trying to keep the Category:Video game covers as low as possible. Thunderbrand 00:26, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
