Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot!
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot! is a 1992 comedy film starring Sylvester Stallone and Estelle Getty. It won 3 Golden Raspberry awards including Worst Actor.
This film was released to large megaplex theaters based upon the strength of Stallone's reputation, and his name was included on the marquee of a number of theaters. Due to the placement of the lettering at several theaters, movie fans report that the title was displayed at some theaters as "STOP OR MY MOM WILL SHOOT SYLVESTER STALLONE".
On Fox Sports' "The Best Damn Sports Show Period", Stallone was a guest when another guest, Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Booger MacFarland told Stallone that he saw this film in the theatre and that Stallone owed him $20. Stallone paid up.
