Stoop Kid is a fictional Character from the animated series Hey Arnold!.

Stoop Kid appeared in the episode "Stoop Kid". Stoop Kid lives on his stoop.He wouldn't let anyone touch,look,or go near his stoop. Stoop Kid never leaves his stoop. He yells and harasses people for going near his stoop. Iggy said he punched a guy for touching his stoop and Rhodna said he killed a kid for just looking at his stoop. Arnold's football landed on his stoop and Arnold managed to get his football, finding out the Stoop Kid couldn't leave his stoop. The kids started to harassed Stoop Kid for being afraid to leave his stoop. Arnold tried to help him leave his stoop,but it didn't go well. Finally Stoop Kid stepped off his stoop (with a bit more help from Arnold and The Little Engine That Could) in front of the whole city. He was last seen chasing after Harold after Harold harassed him for being scared to leave his stoop.

In 2006, Stoop Kid became one of 4chan's many infamous memes, where members of the highly well known message board would refer to him constantly, as a joke. Sadly, the meme was short lived, and died out in a manner of weeks.
