Stoŭpcy or Stoŭbcy (pronounce: [s'towpʦɪ]; Belarusian: Стоўбцы, Стоўпцы; Russian: Столбцы; Polish: Stołpce; Yiddish: Steibtz) is a town in Minsk Province, Belarus, an administrative center of the Stoŭpcy raion (district). It is located at 53°29′N 26°44′E, at the Nioman river. The population is near 16,000.

In was founded in the first half of the 16th century. In 1582 Stolbtsy went into the ownership of the Radziwiłłs. For a long time it was a schtetl with significant Jewish population.
