It's not rudeness, it's reflection of the fact that you've written it so that an intelligent educated adult can read the words and still have no idea what you're talking about. Do you actually think that someone who is coming to this article to learn what a "Stigmatic/eligibilic paraphilia" is is going to read a phrase like on the condition that the partner be, like a pagan infidel, unqualified or ineligible to be a saint defiled and have any more clue what you're trying to convey than before?
