[edit] Appearances

[edit] Digimon 02

It is unknown when Wormmon first Digivolved to Stingmon, but he first appeared when Arukenimon began her reign of terror by creating unliving Digimon out of Control Spires. At first, he and Ken worked alone to destroy these Digimon and the Control Spires, but eventually they teamed up with the other DigiDestined. He made his first appearance when one of the Control Spire Digimon, Thundermon, attacked Primary Village. Stingmon destroyed Thundermon, instilling mistrust in the other Digidestined, since they thought that Thundermon was real. It was not until the next battle that the DigiDestined learned that it was not real, and they reluctantly accepted Ken.

When the former base of the Digimon Emperor threatened to explode, both Stingmon and ExVeemon had to fight Okuwamon. It was during this battle that they became the first Digimon to DNA Digivolve into an Ultimate form, Paildramon. Stingmon would then often fuse with ExVeemon to fight the new Ultimate Digimon that appeared and also to fight against BlackWarGreymon. Because he was an Insect Digimon, Stingmon once fell under the control of Arukenimon, whose flute controlled Insect Digimon.

[edit] Digimon World DS

Stingmon evolves from Wormmon, and can evolve further into DinoBeemon, Megadramon, or Kongoumon depending on its stats (and, for Kongoumon, if it's holding the Digiegg of Miracles).
