Stina Bergman was born in 1977 and raised in Västanå, Värmland in Sweden. She works as a film director and teacher. She has made the short films "Johansson, Marie" and "Solkatten" (english title "Reflections of the Sun"). She is now finishing her first feature film, "Du Sköna". The film was shot entirely in Ransäter, Sweden during the summer of 2006. The film is still in production and should be ready for distribution by the beginning of February 2007.
