After a recent charge by Caron Butler, the duo complained for several minutes about the credence of the whistle. I'll change the unbiased/biased thing. Perhaps this article could be cleaned up, but I think Buchantz deserves his own wikipage. He is well known in the Washington community and is especially famous for his colorful phrases, almost all of which are mentioned in the article.
