As in several other pages blanked by 24.147.103.146, the allegation of copyright violation seems completely erroneous. Please note that the image is a mug shot, and is therefore in the public domain under Federal law. -Lanoitarus _^(talk) .:. 21:23, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

The fact that it is on a website does not prove it is a mugshot. There is none of the typical details found in mugshot present. No textboard or police ID. Until you can find the original source you are only guessing.

I think we can all reach agreement on this solution. Since the images from CourtTV are clearly identified there as being Mug Shots, I have simply replaced the previous images with the CourtTV ones. This should alleviate any potential issues. -Lanoitarus _^(talk) .:. 19:59, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
