Steven O'Donnell (actor, presenter)

Steven O'Donnell decided to pursue a career in acting after working with Geoffrey Rush for a day in Swimming Upstream. He grew up in Brisbane, and completed his first lead role in an independent feature called Scratched (a recent finalist in the DigiSPAA film festival 2005) at the age of 20, and has since appeared in over 40 short films. After moving to Sydney in 2003, Steven was cast in lead roles for the independent films Wango and Malloy and Suburban Boys.
Steven has recently written and directed some short films of his own. A variety of Stevens' work can be viewed and downloaded from this website. Steven has recently finished working a main role on a feature called "Almost" with Salvatore Coco, Ada Nicodemou and Tony Barry.
Steven currently hosts a quizz show on channel 7 called "Midnight Zoo" which is on weeknights at 12:30 am.
