Steven Cheung (張致恆 Cantonese, Yale chèuhng ji hàhng; Jyutping coeng4 zi3 hang4), born November 10, 1984) is a member of Hong Kong cantopop duo, Boy'Z. He was born on November 10, 1984. He participated in the movie Glass Tears in 2001. Along with the other member of Boy'Z, Kenny Kwan, he released his first EP, LALA World in April, 2003.

Since then, they have participated in a number of movies and had their first leading roles in 2004, the movie named 6:00 AM.

They have also worked closely with another cantopop group, Twins, who are signed to the same label, Emperor Entertainment Group. Boy'Z advertise for Fila and Nikon. However, their company, decided to let Kenny Kwan release his very own album, and his position in Boy'Z was replaced by Dennis Mak, and together with Steven Cheung, they formed the new Boy'Z. That year he and Dennis had been offered to make commercials in Japan, which they accepted.

On June, 2006, William Chan joined the band as it was renamed Sun Boy'z.
