Stephen Adam Wisniewski (born April 7, 1967, in Rutland, Vermont) is a former professional American football player. A seven-time Pro Bowler, he played in the National Football League for 12 seasons as an offensive guard with the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders.

The 6' 4", 305 lb., Wisniewski was actually the second round draft pick (#29 overall) of the Dallas Cowboys in the 1989 NFL Draft. He was then immediately traded to the Raiders, where he would play for all of his 13 seasons in the league (1989-2001). "Wiz" earned trips to the Pro Bowl in 1991-96, 98, and 2001. He was named to the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team.

Wisniewski was standout guard at Penn State University. He was twice named All-America (1987 and 1988). He was a key contributor on the Nittany Lions 1986 national championship team. He capped his senior season by playing in the Hula Bowl and the Japan Bowl.

Wisniewski lives in Danville, California with his wife Jeanne and their three children, where he is a software salesman for Cima Systems. He can be seen occasionally giving commentary on the Raiders TV network. Once named the NFL's dirtiest player, [1] Wisniewski is a born-again Christian [2] and is currently a children's ministry leader at The Well Christian Community Church in Dublin, California, the church founded by fellow ex-Raider, Napoleon Kaufman.
