Steve Webb is the founder of Radio Brandy, a radio school located near Bullhead City, Arizona.

He started his carreer in radio at the age of 10, working for 92.7 FM KNJO (now KMLT) Thousand Oaks, California. He was one of the engineers and also took regular transmitter readings. At first, it was very frowned upon that a 10 year old was at the controls of KNJO, but Dr. Shaffner later approved it.

He operated a pirate radio station in Thousand Oaks, California, known as KKTO on 102.3 FM from 1982 - 1989.

He also served as a consultant for Surge Radio in Lancaster, California during 2005 and 2006.
