Steve Wade

Steve Wade (died 1956) was one of the United Kingdom's executioners from 1941 to 1955.

He had also worked as an assistant to Tom and Albert Pierrepoint on 31 occasions and carried out 28 executions in his own right.

His last job was that of Alek Wilkinson whom he and Robert Leslie Stewart hanged at Armley jail, Leeds on 12 August 1955.
