Steve Truglia

Steve Truglia is a stunt performer and stunt co-ordinator in the UK. He has credits on major motion pictures such as Saving Private Ryan, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Entrapment and Kenneth Brannagh's As You Like It. He also has dozens of credits on television shows and commercials. He is a registered UK Stunt Co-ordinator and has been on the UK Equity Stunt Register since 1996. He is also an experienced 2nd Unit Director. Steve is an official stunt judge for the British Advertising Awards. He is also a member of the World Stunt Academy.
In 2004 Steve Truglia was awarded a Guinness World Record for the Fastest Abseil; over 100 m in a time of 8.9secs. This was performed for the Guinness World Record 50th Anniversary TV show from the 400 ft London landmark Centrepoint. Steve also holds the British Record for No Limits Freediving (Breath hold diving - 76 metres). He has performed the longest full body fire burn in the UK by being ablaze for 2mins 5secs and plans to break the World Record of 2mins 6secs in the near future.
