Steve Steigman was a photographer best known for his black and white photo known as Blown Away for an advertising campaign for Maxell.
He died on October 18, 2004 following a period of clinical depression.
The 'Blown Away' photo featured Steigman's hair and makeup artist, Jack Collelo[1]. Collelo has also passed away[2].
