Steve Shaw (born February 19, 1965, in St. Louis, Missouri) was an American actor best known for playing Eric Fairgate in the television drama Knots Landing. He appeared regularly in the series from 1979 to 1987, and thereafter made occasional return appearances before his death in a road accident on December 5, 1990, in Los Angeles.
