Steve Pfauter

Early bassist for the Punk Rock band The Vandals, from 1981-1984. Also known as "Human", he plays on 6 songs on Peace Thru Vandalism. Steve has also played for the legendary Los Angeles punk rock band Detox, making two full-length albums and touring the US and Canada with them, A lot of the slower songs that he wrote which had been rejected by Joe of the Vandals ended up on these Detox records. Later he joined Ken All Night Rocker, less of a band than a five-way race to see who could quit first. Human also roadied for TSOL on their first two nationwide tours in 1980-1982. He was once known for outrageous t-shirt designs but now works in the movie industry.
