Steven Carl Pelluer (born July 29, 1962 in Yakima, Washington), was a former American professional football player who was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 5th round of the 1984 NFL Draft. A 6'4", 209 lbs. quarterback from the University of Washington, Pelluer played in 7 NFL seasons from 1984-1990. He led the Cowboys in passing during the 1988 season when he threw for 3,139 yards and 17 touchdowns. After his NFL playing days were over, Pelluer went on to play in the WLAF for the Frankfurt Galaxy.
