Steven J. Patterson (born June 24, 1948 in Riverside, California) is an American former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association for five seasons. A 6'9" center from the University of California, Los Angeles, Patterson played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls from 1971 to 1976.
