Steven Gray is a New Zealand television presenter who appears on the weekday morning show, Good Morning as film and DVD reviewer and gossip columnist. He is one of New Zealand's longest serving and foremost film reviewers.
He was raised in Hamilton, New Zealand. He worked as a barman, actor, fence builder, painter, singing telegrammer and nanny, before branching into film and media. He began his career reviewing film and video on student radio station bFM in 1996, and began appearing on television the following year. Steven is best known for his extensive knowledge of musical theatre and American television series.
In addition to his television and radio work, Gray is involved with several film projects such as 48HOURS, reviews films for DVD rental companies, and is generally considered the enfant terrible of New Zealand's film and media circuit.
Currently Gray resides in Wellington, with his partner.
