Steven Elworthy (b. 23 February 1965 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) is a former South African cricketer. He played four Tests and 39 one-day internationals for South Africa between 1998 and 2002.
He also played regular county cricket for Lancashire and for many seasons was a top league professional in the Northern leagues for clubs such as Rishton and Flowery Field.
Since his retirement Elworthy has become a notable cricket administrator and has been named as tournament director for the inaugural world 20/20 championship in South Africa in 2007.
