Stephen Alexander LaRoque is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's tenth House district, including constituents in Greene, Lenoir and Wayne North Carolina counties. A business owner from Kinston, North Carolina, LaRoque is currently (2005–2006 session) serving in his second term in the state House.
