Philip Steffan Jones (born February 9, 1974 in Llanelli) is a Welsh cricketer, who currently plays for Derbyshire.

Jones started his career at Somerset where he spent seven years at before moving to Northamptonshire in 2003. He didn't have a particularly good time there and left the club in 2005 to move to Derbyshire. Jones had an explosive time at Derby, taking 59 wickets including 6-25 against Glamorgan. He is leaving Derbyshire at the end of the 2006 season to go back to Somerset for family reasons.
