Stefan Fatsis (1963- ) is a staff reporter for The Wall Street Journal and a guest reporter on NPRs All Things Considered and on American Public Media's Marketplace (radio program).

Fatsis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 with a degree in American Civilization and is the author of Wild and Outside: How a Renegade Minor League Revived the Spirit of Baseball in America's Heartland and Word Freak (book), about the world of tournament Scrabble. He lived in Brooklyn, New York, and as of 2006 lives in Washington, DC with his wife: Melissa Block, and their daughter, Chloe Fatsis.
