Stefaan De Clerck

Stefaan De Clerck (born December 12, 1951) is Flemish politician. He was Minister of Justice between 1995 and 1998, he resigned after the escape of Marc Dutroux. He also served chairman of the CD&V, and now has a seat in the Belgian senate. He is also the mayor of Kortrijk.
