Steamtown marathon

The Steamtown Marathon is an official-distance marathon which was founded by Bill King in 1996. It is held in Northeastern Pennsylvania; it starts at Forest City High School in Forest City and finishes in Scranton.

The course is certified by USA Track and Field and can be used as a qualifying course for the Boston Marathon.
