  • Should State Street still be classified in the "Regional Banks" industry considering that it sold most of its banking operations many years back?

What is the standard that Wikipedia is using to define industries in this context? In other words, what are the alternatives? I think MSCI classifies State Street in the "Diversified Financials" or "Capital Markets" industry. Calebu2 21:21, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
