Talk:Stars and Stripes trilogy

When I first found this story to be extremly bias, I tried to clean up but it needs a rewrite
- Myself, I thought that the idea of the Confederacy casually giving up slavery was ridiculous. I didn't find the rest of the novel hugely unfair to the British Empire as it then was. I read the books a long time ago so I left the criticisms unaltered. Cleaned up the links. --GwydionM 19:28, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, but I wouldn't say that "casually" is the proper term. There was tension, and Jefferson Davis tried to warn Lincoln and Mill, but they would not listen. KKK was still created, eventually resulting in Jefferson Davis's death. Chronolegion 17 November 2006
- If you've got the book then please improve the entry. I'm not going to, I've done it for other books but I don't rate these works as worth a second read.--GwydionM 17:49, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
- I only have the first two, and they're not in English. Chronolegion 18:29, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
