What is the Wikipedia policy on non-canonical Star Trek characters? Do they deserve articles or not? I've got a wealth of information I'd like to write about on Domenica Corsi and David Gold, but I'm not sure if they're encyclopedic or Star Trek -cruft. I suppose I could get an account on Memory Alpha, but I wish to remain here, where I can write about non-Star Trek-related things too. JIP | Talk 2 July 2005 20:50 (UTC)

I looked around Wikipedia's Star Trek policy. Most of it concerns non-canonical information on cananical characters. I see no reason why not to include a page on David Gold and Domenica Corsi, after all they are as real as, Harry Potter for example. The main issue with Star Trek canon is including information from books on Jean-Luc Picard, not making pages on David Gold. BLong 3 Aug 2006 1:17 (EDT).
