State University of Papua (Indonesian: Universitas Negeri Papua, UNIPA). is a university in Manokwari, in the province West Irian Jaya, Indonesia.

The university was founded on the 3rd of November 2000, after being the faculty of agriculture of Cenderawasih University (Universitas Cenderawasih, UNCEN), based in Jayapura. The university is the leading educational institution in the province, and teaches economics, forestry, agriculture and earth sciences. The university is situated on a hill overlooking Manokwari and the rector is Prof. Frans Wanggai.
