Stasys Lozoraitis (1898 - 1983) was a Lithuanian diplomat. He served as the foreign minister of Lithuania between 1934 and 1938. He was the father of Stasys Lozoraitis (below).

When the Republic of Lithuania was toppled by invading Germans in 1940, the former foreign minister Lozoraitis formed a government in exile (that continued between 1940-1991). He served, in Rome, as its leader from June 15, 1940 to his death on December 24, 1983.

Upon his death, he was succeeded by Stasys Bačkis as the leader of the government in exile, from December 24, 1983 to November 15, 1987. The government in exile worked in Washington from 1987.
