Star Tomorrow is a music competition, similar to American Idol but entirely online, hosted by NBC.com.

The show debuted on NBC on July 24, 2006, replacing the rerun of Treasure Hunters that had aired in the 8 p.m. Eastern/Pacific time slot. The show was created in part by music producer David Foster. NBC showed an episode composed entirely of auditions from various unsigned bands. After the show, the network reduced the field to 100 bands, from which one will emerge as the winner of a record deal at the completion of the online series. That winner will be determined by a fan poll of those watching the video streams.
