Stanisław Poniatowski (1754-1833) was a Polish szlachcic.

A Polish prince, member of the Poniatowski family. Commander of the Crown Mounted Guard (szef gwardii pieszej koronnej), Grand Treasurer of Lithuania 1784-1791, Starost stryjski, Duke of di Monte Rotondo. He was a nephew of the last king of Poland Stanisław August Poniatowski, who saw in him a possible successor.

Awarded with the White Eagle Order on December 8, 1773. Very well educated and well-travelled, particularly interested in economy and arts, he was not very popular with the nobility ('szlachta') who perceived him as arrogant. After the partitions of Poland he emigrated to Italy, where he lived in Rome, and then in Florence. He is the ancestor of the present members of the Poniatowski family bearing the title of prince Poniatowski or Poniatowski di Monte Rotondo.
