Stanisław Poniatowski (1676-1762) was a Polish noble, Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded in 1726.

He was a Swedish General, General of Lithuanian Army, Podstoli of Lithuania, Grand Treasurer of Lithuanian Army since 1722, voivode of Masovian Voivodship since 1731, Regimentarz of the Crown Army since 1733, castellan of Kraków since 1752 and starost of Wojnicz and Lublin.

Father of the last King of Poland, Stanisław August Poniatowski, who at his coronation in 1764 awarded the title of Prince to all his three brothers. Today, only the descendants of the youngest brother Stanislaw survive (in France).
