Staines Preparatory School

Staines Preparatory School is a co-educational independent day school in the Knowle Green area of Staines, England. Its pupils are boys and girls aged 3 - 11. As of 2005, the student body numbered 334, 128 girls and 206 boys.

The day fees for the school range between £1,836 - £6,390.

The School comprises three substantial brick-built houses, the Burges Wing plus the recently completed Jubilee Wing.

In 2002 the school became a member of IAPS (The Incorporated Association of Preparatory Schools) and it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2005.

It was founded in 1935 by Mr & Mrs Burges as a boys only school but soon admitted girls so that siblings could attend the same school. It is the most oldest co-educational independent school in the area.
