The standard that is used by the w:President of Russia. The CoA was taken from Image:Russia coa.svg, and the rest of the flag was made up by me. The drawing of the flag is close to what it is depicted from the Kremlin's website (http://kremlin.ru/dyn_images/img71799) and page 124 of the book "National Symbols of Russia" ISBN 5-353-01286-0
