St Catherine's School is a private day and boarding, Anglican school for girls in Waverley, New South Wales, Australia. The school is a member of the Association of Heads of Independent Girls' Schools (AHIGS). It is a non-selective school, and caters for approximately 930 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12.
St Catherine's is the oldest Anglican girls' School in Australia, founded in 1856, in temporary premises at Ocean Road, Woollahra. The School moved to the present site in 1859.
