Notable past students include Mark Owen of 1990s boyband Take That, and Emma Greenwood who appeared as a contestant in British reality TV show, Big Brother, in 2004. The head teacher of this school is John Kennedy.
This school is constantly growing and has alot to offer. It offers great chances to all pupils, skilled or not, and lots of friendly staff to help and maintain the school and it's pupils. It has many extra curriculem activities, such as drama, and offers a wide range of sports groups, like rugby, football and basketball, it also has it very own school newspaper (link coming soon).
