"In particular, the incredible intensity and accuracy achieved by its violin section was unique (although standards began to slip after emigration of Jewish musicians was permitted)." Since I don't know anything about violins, or Russia, I am not going to change this, but it does sound a bit anti-semitic. Is there any source for this? --Terrible Tim 00:54, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

It seems to be the very opposite (? pro-semitic). It's talking about Russian Jews being permitted to emigrate to Israel or the West, the result of which was that the standard of the playing suffered because the violin section did not contain enough Jews. When I first read the statement, it seemed anti-semitic to me, but now I agree that it is POV in the opposite manner. I'll change it. — ßottesiηi ^{Tell me what's up} 22:04, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
