St. Xavier's, Hazaribagh

St. Xavier’s Hazaribagh was established in 1952 by an Australian Jesuit missionary, Rev Fr. John Moore. He was then a young man of 32 and later went on to win the National Teachers Award. In its initial years, the school was linked to Loyola School, Jamshedpur. The first batch sat for the Cambridge Oversea School Certificate examination at Hazaribagh in 1958. This school used to be just a boy school till year 1995 . after that it started taking admissions of the girls too which in turn made this school a co-education school in the year 2006. *St. Xavier's - disambiguation page of schools.
